Banter Bistro of Denton hosts music events on a weekly and monthly schedule featuring talent from local veterans, The University of North Texas’ College of Music’s Jazz programs, and from bands that come from all over the area (see our calendar).
In addition to featured bands, we host regular sessions that are open for newcomers to join. We have an Open Mic Night every Thursday, hosted by Matt Grigsby, that brings in a regular following and is a great source for finding new and creative ideas in music.
